The condicion of the above obligacon is just that whereas the above boundon Abram Williamse Van Westervelt for good cause and consideracons and true love and affection to his wife, Margarita Williamse, hath made and hereunto subscribed, published and declared his last will and testament in writing Indented bearing date herewith for and concerning the giving and granting of all of his houses and lands, goods and chattels in Kingís County aforesaid or elsewhere to the uses, intents and purposes in the said will expressed; if therefore the said Abram Williamse shall not at any time hereafter disannull, revoke, make voyde, irustrate the said will and doo any act, fact or thing by sale of the premises or otherwise whereby the said will shall not be of ffull effect on which may
in any wise prejudice, hinder or hurt the same or the benefit, andvantage or commodity therefor thereby to be had, taken or to come to accrue to the person or persons therin named for or concerning the houses and lands, goods and chattels as aforesd pr any part thereof. Then this obligacon to be voyd and of none effect otherwise to be & remaine in full vertue and power in law.
