within the province of New Yorke or without, for and during her natural life, or in case my said wife come to have any issue or children by me then all my houses and lands as aforesaid equally to be divided between my said children, and to them, their heyres and assigns forever. After the decease of my said wife Margarita and in case of noe issue or (children) by me then all and singular my houses and lands as aforesaid to be and remain to my said wife Margarita, to her heyers and assigns forever; To have and to hold all the said houses, lands, tenements, orchards, gardens, meadows, and hereditaments in possession, reversion or remainderunto my said loving wife Margarita for and during her natural life, and after her decease to her children (if any) their heyers and assigns forever equally to be divided between them, and if none to said Margarita her heyers and assigns forever to the sole and only possession benefit
of her the sd Margarita and children (if any) in manner aforesaid her and their heyers and assigns forever.
And further it is my will and desire and I doo hereby that my loving mother Derike Williamse shall be kept and maintained out of the rents & profits of my estate for and during her natural life and shall alsoe continue and live in my house at newutrecht aforesaid and be then lookt after in her circumstances ought to be with all necessarys convenient for her as ffood and Rayment, &c. by my executrix hereafter named.
Item. I give and devise and bequeath unto my loving wife Margarita Williamse all and singular my goods and chattels, rights and credits whatsoever or wheresoever the same shall become due for and during her natural life and after her decease to her children (if any) to be equally divided between them and to their executors and administrators as their owne goods and chattels, rights and credits unto the said Margarita and children (if any) in manner as aforesaid, and doo hereby make and ordaine her the said Margarita whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testamt as aforesaid and doo hereby promise not to revok and disannull or make voyde this my last will and testament upon any account whatsoever.
